Tastefully decorated and unique room with bath on both floors and a bathroom, for example. Great and fantastic location for our visit to Queen Street relatively near the hotel.

A little distracted staff!

Everything was very good, very diligent staff, magnificent location really close to the centre of Auckland close to the ferry piers, Viaduct area and local transport hub, waterfront restaurants, shops galore, ferry and train terminals, and Auckland waterfront and CBD. Stylish & wonderfully appointed unit with the master bedroom, deep bath, as for instance. Delicious and sensational breakfast, a good choice of food and beverages.

The boutique hotel was quaint. Friendly attentive staff, brand-new classic room. Great and fab location with city views very close to Auckland waterfront and CBD and everything, restaurants, water front, shops. The venue of choice in Auckland.

Comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a laptop-compatible safe in the room. Delicious breakfast with soaked napkins, outstanding food, and competent staff.

The units are neat and retro with all conveniences imaginable. The location is great, not very far from Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself had so much charm and the 5-star features were outstanding. I especially loved the daily soiree at 18:30, where I got to meet other guests and enjoy complimentary drinks. The location was perfect, right in the midst of a busy area with plenty of restaurants and bars around. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were superb. The restaurant, in particular, was gorgeous and the breakfast they offered was delicious. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location exceeded my expectations.

We had booked a room with breakfast. We were told a breakfast includes yogurt, cereal, fruit and bread. Everything else can only be obtained at extra cost. We think it's a scam.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean, and the location is great with a delicious breakfast and a direct connection to an art gallery - it's a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel DeBrett is a boutique hotel for those who apreciate the art of well being during a city journey. It´s central and w'ont disapoint in its acomodation nor in the hotel services. The restaurant is located in a beautiful saloon, with gourmet food tendencies, and is decorated in a kind of art deco. It´s quiet and confortable. We have stayed for two days, in August 2011.I would recomend this hotel to my best friends.

Staff were a little too laid back and slow "we'll get to you when we get to you".

The value for our money was great, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location in the heart of the CBD was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering instant coffee alongside the filter coffee, and by providing larger mugs or a bigger filter jug for a longer black coffee option.

Quirky hotel centrally located in the city. Easy access to Auckland airport, within 16 miles. Beautifully decorated room, a shower and bath salts in the room.
